Terms of service
Using TRANS·MISSION means agreeing to these terms. They are short on purpose — the honest summary is: our reports help you decide, they do not decide for you.
1. What the service is
TRANS·MISSION provides sourcing intelligence: structured reports on import questions (likely HS codes, duty ranges, MOQ and deposit norms, supplier questions), supplier research and due-diligence checks, and — where you request it — introductions to factories. Some features require an account; some are paid for with credits.
2. Reports are guidance, not guarantees
Every figure in a report is an estimate to verify, not a promise. Classifications and duty rates are confirmed by your customs broker, not by us; supplier information reflects what our research found at the time, not an endorsement or a warranty of any supplier’s performance. Decisions you take on the basis of a report — including wiring money to any supplier — are yours.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, tell us at hello@trans-mission.aiand change your password. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, resell its output at scale, or attempt to access other users’ data.
4. Credits
Paid actions are charged in credits. Credits are tied to your account: they are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged outside the service. If something goes wrong on our side — a service you paid for that we did not deliver — contact us and we will review refunds or credit adjustments case by case.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to it.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance. How we handle your data is covered in the privacy policy. Questions: hello@trans-mission.ai.
